The French Official is Excited about the Opening of Yerevan-Lyon Flight
On his visit to France on the occasion of the opening of Yerevan-Lyon-Yerevan flight, the deputy director of “Armenia” air-company Gevorg Khachatryan had a meeting with the local Armenian community and the representatives of the Lyon district.
The representative of the Armenian air-company showed the work and planned programs to the French-Armenian businessmen. Khachatryan expressed the wish that the opening of Yerevan-Lyon-Yerevan straight flight would allow the Armenian businessmen to save their time and visit Armenia without the third country entry.
By the way, the passengers of Yerevan-Lyon-Yerevan flight will be served by Boeing 727 airplane. Two flights per week are planned for this direction: on Mondays and Wednesdays.
“I would like to you become the passengers of our air-company very much”-said Khachatryan, hoping that Armenian-French economic relations would develop so much that the businessmen would not have to send the baggage to Armenia in different ways, but would make use of the service of “Armenia” air-company.

Khachatryan also met the deputy director of the International relations, economic development, tourism of the Lyon district Qanten Bardine’.The French official announced that they are interested in the opening of the straight flight Yerevan-Lyon-Yerevan. He expressed his readiness to assist the air-company by informing on the flight through tourism agencies.
“A few flights in a week are already a progress in the sense of the economic growth. We are interested in this flight from the perspective of both tourism and business”,- said Bardine’, expressing his hope that the opening of the flight would contribute to the strengthening of the two countries’ relationship.
The deputy director of “Armenia” air-company expressed his gratitude to Bardine’ by inviting him to Armenia by the first flight of the company.
At the same time Gevorg Khachatryan informed that the company would be happy to see the French journalists at the opening ceremony of the flight, whom the company was ready to freely transfer to Armenia.
