ONLINE CHECK-IN RULES

Online check-in opens 20 hours and closes 3 hours before departure.

Online check-in on Air Dilijans flights is available from the following destinations: Tbilisi, Yerevan and Moscow.

For all other destinations check-in is done at the airport.

• For online check-in please enter your ticket number and last name.
• Please check if your passport data is correct.
• If you have a connecting flight you may need to enter Visa information.

You cannot check-in online if:

• You are traveling with pets.
• You require special assistance due to reduced mobility.
• You require unaccompanied minor services.

Seat Selection:

• Business and Premium Economy class passengers can choose the seats free of charge.
• Economy class passengers can choose both free and chargeable seats.
• Please check chargeable and emergency exit seats information via following link.

Additional Baggage Purchase:

• During online check-in you can purchase additional baggage.
• You can check-in your baggage at Air Dilijans counter at the airport.

• To the check-in open and close time at the airport
• Time for security control and other procedures at the airport
• Boarding open and close time

To cancel online check-in:

• You can cancel online check-in from the website 50 minutes before departure
